All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt
Black Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Butter - 100 gms
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Egg - 2
Red Chilly - 5
Ginger - 1
Garlic - 5
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Shallots - 8
Desiccated Coconut - 3 tbsp
â–ºMethod
1. Make masala with red chilly, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, shallots, and desiccated coconut.
2. Beat butter, sugar, and egg.
3. Add all other dry ingredients with masala and mix all together.
4. Make cookie shapes and bake it at 170-degree preheated oven for 40 minutes.
