Tomato Nachos | How to make Nacho Chips with Cheesy Dip at home?
Today in Grey Pot lets' make Crispy Tomato Nachos with Cheese Dip.

Ingredients for Nachos
Maize Flour - 1 cup
Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 2
Chilly powder - 1 Tsp
Oil - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Oregano - 1 Tsp

Ingredients for Nacho Cheese Dip

Cheddar or Processed cheese - 1 Cup
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Butter - 1 Tbsp
Oregano - 1 Tsp
Garlic - 5 Pods

1.To make the nachos mix all the ingredients with enough water and make it into a dough.
2.Sprinkle some flour and roll it into thin sheets.
3.Cut it into equal size triangles.
4.Prick it with a fork, so that it will not get puffed up while frying.
5.Heat some oil in a pan and fry each nachos.

To make the Nacho Cheese Dip

1. Heat a pan and melt some butter.
2.Add crushed garlic and saute it.
3.Add milk and allow it to boil.
4.Add cheese and oregano.
5.Cook it until it becomes thick.
Serve the Nachos with hot Cheese Dip.
