Today in GreyPot lets see how to make Fish Sizzlers Ingredients Fish - 200gms Vegetables - 1 cup Red chilly flakes - 2 tbsp Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp Red chilly sauce - 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Garlic - 2 tbsp Ginger - 1 tsp Onion - 1/2 cup Method 1. Marinate fish with soy sauce, red chilly sauce, tomato sauce, garlic and salt for 30 minutes. 2. Sautee the blanched vegetables in oil with garlic and red chilly flakes. 3. Cook the marinated fish in garlic, and onion till it turns golden brown. 4. Make the sauce with onion, garlic, red chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt and water. cook till it becomes thick. 5. Place the hot iron sizzler plate on the wood base and place a cabbage leaf and serve fish in it. Add the vegetables with crispy french fries and pour the sauce. 6.
