Today in Grey Pot let's learn how to make Granola Bar.
Granola Bar Ingredients:
Roasted Oats - 2 cups
Puffed Rice - 2 cups
Pumpkin Seeds - 1/2 cup
Flax seeds - 1/2 cup
Sunflower Seeds - 1/2 cup
Butter - 50 grams
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Honey - 1/2 cup
Mango Jam - 4 tbsp
Cocoa Powder - 1 cup
Vanilla Essence
Salt
How to make Granola Bar at home?
First melt butter and sugar, then add honey. Now roast all seeds, oats and mix it with the melted mixture and stir. Spread half of the mixture on a tray and top it with some nuts and raisins and press it well. Add Coco Powder for Chocolate Granola Bar and Mango Jam for mango flavored Granola Bar.
Refrigerate it for four hours or bake it for 25 minutes in a 180 degree pre - heated oven. Now the snack bar is ready to server. I have used homemade mango jam for this recipe. Please check the below link for Mango Jam recipe.
