Grey Pot teaches you how to make easy and healthy Tomato sauce with simple and easily available ingredients.
Tomato - 2 kg
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
Vinegar - 2 tbsp ( we used coconut vinegar, but you can use any vinegar )
Chilly Powder - 2 tsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
First cook all tomatoes in a pressure cooker. Then allow it to cool down and blend it to smooth puree. Then filter to through a very fine mesh and boil it. Once it starts boiling add salt, sugar, vinegar, chilly powder and reduce it on a medium flame. Once it gets thicker switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
