► ► Ingredients:

Sword Fish - 250 gms
Red Chilly Powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 2 tbsp
Salt
Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Hing - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves and Rech chilly
Ginger - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1/2 cup
Vegetable Oil - 1/4 cup
Sesame Oil - 1/2 cup

► ► Method:
===========
1. Marinate the fish with salt, turmeric, and red chilly powder
2. Fry in vegetable oil.
3. In another pan heat sesame oil and splutter the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, and whole red chilies.
4. Add in ginger and garlic and fry it till all the water is gone.
5. Add in hing and fry it.
6. Again add turmeric, red chilly powder, and vinegar.
7. Add the fish and saute.
8. Adjust the salt if required.
9. Fish Pickle is ready. Store outside for 2 days and refrigerate.
