Ingredients for Red Velvet Cake
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Egg - 2
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Coco Powder - 1 tsp
Beetroot - 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Buttermilk - 1 cup
Blend Beetroot, buttermilk, vinegar in a blender and make a smooth puree. Mix butter and sugar, add 2 eggs and blend and sift in flour, baking powder, coco powder and salt and add beetroot puree and blend. Pour it in a baking tray and bake it at 180 degree pre - heated oven for 30 minutes.

Ingredients for cupcake
All Purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Sugar 2/3 cup
Egg - 3
Baking Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Salt
Vanilla Essence
Mix Butter and sugar add sifted flour, baking powder, salt and mix in 3 eggs as well.

Take red heart from red velvet cakes and insert it to the cupcake batter in cupcake molds and bake it for 25 minutes at 180 degree pre - heated oven.

Ingredients for butter frosting
Butter - 50 grams
Powdered and sifted Sugar - 150 grams
Milk - as required
Blend all together and put it in a piping bag and do frosting.
