In GreyPot let's make Ganesh Chathurthi Special Sweet Rava Modak
Ingredients for Modak
Semolina - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 1/2 tbsp
Milk - 2 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
Nuts
Saffron
Method
1. Roast Rava in ghee for 10 minutes.
2. Add milk and soaked saffron and mix.
3. Add sugar, cook it till it become a soft dough and stops sticking to the pan.
4. Roast some chopped nuts in ghee and also add 5 tbsp semolina dough and powdered sugar into it for binding.
5. Add some semolina dough put some filling inside, place it inside the mould and shape it like modak.
